my parcel ES787315512IN is still in transit from JIMC EMS since the 21st January 2020. there has been no update . please assist me, its destination is Malawi. one parcel that a friend sent on the same date as mine of which departed at the same time and date from JIMC EMS arrived in Malawi a few days ago. so what could be the cause of the delay. please help me.
