I arrived to purchase a ticket with no one in line and two agents at computers one of the agents had a customer who wasn't prepared and making phone calls for over 10 minutes instead of asking her to step aside and take the next customer she did nothing. The other agent completed a note and logged out. When the new agent came out she conversed for about 5 minutes and took another 6-7 minutes to login and call me for assistance. The lack of customer service and consideration of their customers is not acceptable. I generally don't complain but it's like this everytime I go in to purchase tickets. The checkin line was assisted and well on their way 3 times before I was assisted and again I walked in with no one in line. Just wanted to bring this to someone's attention with the hope of having a better experience on my next visit.
