Empty capsules. This medication (Spiriva) is very expensive and with empty capsules, I am missing my daily dose. You need better quality control and you need to pay me for the missed dose.

I have been using Spiriva for a long time now and can no longer afford these empty capsules. I had to pay over $400.00 for 30. Sometimes there will be 6 or 7 empty. I cant afford this. Please respond to my request. Thanks.

Some spiriva capsules are empty!!!!! When I don't get my proper dose I have a bad day the next day. My pulmonologist said to use another capsule if that one was empty. He explained it to me and showed me how it should sound with one he had in his office. I can't afford to keep buying this medication if it doesn't work. My insurance will only cover so much and they will not cover the other INHALER you provide to other people

I'm finding more and more empty capsules with each refill. I'm going to try to find out how to contact the FDA.

Approximately 2 out of every 10 are bad.... I contacted prescribing Doctor and the manufacturer --- same answer from both: "very few people have complained about spiriva". Pill pushers, dispensers and manufacturers are creating a risk to patients -- AND THESE DRUGS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE !!

There were several empty capsules in the late November/early December 2016 batch. The next batch was fine. But in the prescription I had filled on January 24th 2 of the 4 capsules used to date were empty.

empty or faulty capsules. Nothing happens--I shake it, I puncture it correctly and make sure access is clean and clear and when I inhale, there is nothing. This happens at least 3-4 per prescription. It could be more but have not kept track but will start keeping close track. This is frustrating and I often feel taking this medication is worthless and too expensive.
