Insurance Funds

I have trying to get some insurance funds since Harvey hit the Houston area. My insurance funds were sent to this company due to I still have a mortgage. Well of all the people in the claims department that I talked to said that my funds were going to be sent to me as soon as an inspection was done. The inspection was done and still no money after 3 months. How do they expect me to do repairs if I am using my own money. Finally talk to a person who had a little bit of brains and now I am getting some funds. It is not enough to finish off fixing the house. Now they want to have a 2nd inspection to see how far I have gone in doing more repairs. How can I do repairs if what they sent to me was not enough. I have use my money. borrow some money and ask for credit increases on my credit cards. This is a horrible company and is giving me nightmares and can not sleep.
