SRISOL is just no no no place to work. You don't get any document on joining at all. Whereas you need to submit all your papers at the time of joining, no phone / no mails access at all :-(

The lady BOSS Ms. Neetika Dewan / Suryawanshi is a real-time DON. She is too much... she will never allow someone to stay at Srisol at all.

Sitting on Dr. Gautam's lap enjoying life... You will never be able to make out things by her face at all.

Welcome back. I left the company and went back to my home. I was harassed again and again and was compared to a forwarder at the time of presentation in Srisol by Mr. Shubh Gautam. He often uses to tell me not to stare at him and on Saturday when my shirt was half tucked in he told me that agar bade baap ki aulad ho toh kahin aur jaakar kaam karo. I have never seen a company which harasses its male employees too and a complaint will be lodged very soon against this company.

I can completely relate to what you have been subjected to by that psycho Shubh Gautam. He had hired me at Srisol Noida at a total salary package of 4.5 Lakhs/Annum but after I had completed one month there, he told me that he will pay me only 2.4 Lakhs/annum. I had relocated to Noida only for this job and had spent more than 1 Lakhs in relocation and settling in NCR, but after having worked for a month I got only 15K (approx). This was a simple breach of the employment contract where I was promised 4.5 LPA and was paid only 1.8 LPA. Moreover, during my one month stint at SRISOL, I could never even breathe freely. There was always a terror in the environment and most of the employees there are working as Modern day Bonded Laborers as this guy has taken all their original certificates/marks cards and makes them work for inhumanly extended working hours. You have to come to the office at 09:30 AM and although your work time ends at 06:30 PM you can never leave before 08:30 PM. If he wants to get the computers at SRISOL loaded with new software, cost of that software will be deducted from the salary of the employee who is using it for company's business. You cannot take the leaves that you are entitled to, on paper. The factory is non-compliant to employee health and safety standards. This guy enjoys harassing and humiliating people at will and is a self-proclaimed master of all traits. He believes that he is God's gift to mankind and the entire human race is born to be his slave. I have seen this guy, harassing people to the unimaginable limits. But unfortunately, our labor welfare and justice system is so corrupt and incompetent that this kind of parasites are free to slaughter humanity.
