REFUND NOT GIVEN OVER 3 MONTHS

HI

MY name is Patrick Mackay, i await a refund from a lady named Charlie which is a store manager at Sta travel Westville, i call several times requesting feedback, but to date nothing is done. i called the store again today asking Kristy to convey the message for charlie to call me back, but still they haven't returned my call. i await a refund from sta travel, which they tell me they are waiting for the airline. when i deal with Sta travel they serve as about travel agent that is why we use them, no they telling me about waiting for a airline. this is unacceptable and wish to also contact "hello peter" about this my next step would to take legal action with the agency. please may i have the next person i could liaise with as i am getting no joy.
