Needing my mail to a different address

On October26, 2019 i received a letter from the State Attorney for Child Support thats not my address they have on file its my P.O Box they recently sent me a letter a few months ago to my P.O Box thats on file and i didn't give them another address so i would lime to know where they got that address from
