non receipt of pension

Sir,

Please refer to Special Seal Authority 521701800112/1136740 dated 07/08/2018 relating to PPO No. 521701800112 issued for making pension payment from JULY, 2018 to me A. Muthiah through SBI, Narayanapuram Branch, Madurai, Code-0011063(Copy attached in file). As I have not received my pension still, I met my Branch Manager who informed me that he has not received any information from you. Hence, I request you to look into this issue and do the needful to enable me get my pension early.
