I am seeking help....

STC (Saudi Telecom Co.) have activated one service on my landline (+966 12 6708008) which I have never requested.
When I put complaint for that then they answer that it has been activated through their electronic call and a contract of 12 months has been registered on my account.

How come contract are being signed through electronic calls ?????

It is totally unfair with customer who don't know how it happened and a one year contract has been implemented as well.

I am struggling with them since two months but they close all my complaints which I have launched through their website without discussing me.
