Fiber Internet Connection Problem

Dear Management

As I have STC fiber internet connection in home but I am facing problem in connection it is not a new things in a month two to three time minimum I am facing this issue while I registered complain in STC but still no action taken by STC my internet connection not working for 4 days. Kindly try to solve this issue on priority. My detail is mention bellow.

Note:
Due to this problem STC user thinking to change their internet company it is not good for STC business. I will not pay my internet bill in future in this condition.
