NO Internet Signal since Dec 7, 2016 to date

My internet is still having no connection or signal since 4 days ago as I don't have any delinquency in my bill. Please provide us number (landline number) to log our complaint thru 900 or send us your technician to check the status of our connection.

NO Internet Signal since Dec 7, 2016 to date

My landline internet (without telephone) has no signal or connection since December 7, 2016 and I went to STC office at AlSafa, Jeddah where I logged my complaint but I was told to call 900 to log my complaint instead.However when calling 900, it asked me to enter my landline number which I don't have except my account number of 2027096150 but it was not recognized. I tried to enter my mobile number then again the same. So Please advise us what to do to fix our internet or give us the landline number of my internet.
