Poor delivery of pos laju

Hi I'm Ms Cheong here,
My tracking No. ER251884884MY
My item already 3 days ago reach, but until now I haven't receive yet! The status of pos malaysia provides noted that my item unsuccessful delivery, asked me to collect at Pos Laju briefield office. When I when yesterday , they told me the postmen already bring to delivery! I asked them to double check and waiting there, they said confirm yesterday already send!Till today I'm still not receive my item! And the poor customer service tel! Call more then 1hr, no ones pick up the phone! Please give me a answer that I want to hear. Hope to hear you soon. Thank you
