Not even dual pop

Hello, every packet of sterling dual I have bought this past month have had at least 4 cigarettes without the bubble in the top of them for me to burst. I have been smoking these for years with no problem but recently with them being like this I’m going to have to change brand altogether.

Can someone please contact me about this issue.
