I have tonight purchased a packet of 20 sterling dual cigarettes , an found the packet only contained 17 in this particular packet , I have previously purchased this product before on several occasions an not experienced this before ...

Amount of cigarettes in this packet

I have just purchased a packet of sterling duals an it was supposed to be a packet of 20 cigarettes but the packet was short an only container 17 ! This isn't Normal as I have bought your product on previous occasions not found this happen before.....
