Firstly, I really don't know who 5hey thinking they are fooling by reducing the cigarettes in the packs of 20. First down by one and now 2 cigarettes per pack. When asking for a packet at the shop, I have always asked for 20's...not 19's or now 18's. And the worst is th3 price still keeps on raising every 2nd week I buy. (I buy in bulk)
Secondly, after having to pay such rediculous prices and get less cigarettes, it really does not help to take one out the box to light, only for the filter to break off in your hand. I can understand a once off...but this has happened to at least 5 cigarettes from different packs.
