I purchased 20 superkings today and opened the packet to find faulty cigarettes. The cigarette was not attached to the butt- please see photo!

I purchased 20 sterling superkings red which is my brand of cigarettes and was unhappy to find that some of the cigarettes were faulty! They had faulty butts which the cigarette was not attached to so unsmokable. Photo is attached!

Purchased sterling superkings original red cigarette and found a whole cigarette paper from another brand of cigarette (Winchester brand) inside one of my cigarettes.

I find this unacceptable and would like this matter looked into
