You have done us smokers so many wrong things and your not giving us free fags we have to buy them the packit is so wrong in many ways the most way is we are being sold the wrong fags I now suffer with cough and chest the fags don't tase the same you are putting chep things in them yet selling at £8 a pack what has this world come to when all you do is rob us and make us ill

In the past week 2 sealed packs of Sterling Superkings Red have only contained 19 cigarettes. I only noticed because I put my cigarettes into a cigarette case. Both packs were purchased from reputable retailers - Co-op petrol station and Tesco - so there is no issue with source of cigarettes so I am assuming it is a problem/scam from the manufacturers. Having been unable to contact JTI, I am swapping brands immediately.
Check the contents of your packets and don't be short-changed. You've been warned.
