Dear sir/ madam ,I recently purchased a 30 gram packet of sterling rolling tobacco.On opening this product i discovered that the tobacco was very dry and a hand full of what looked like twigs were inside ,this resulted in myself not being able to smoke this product .this as never happened before ,so could you kindly explain why this as happened now,many thanks karlto n barry,
