Sim cards service account phone acceess cant use phone for third time

Well for the fourth time in two months im without a phone and will be waiting on another sim card. I have lost at least 15 days of phone use tht has been paid for and cant or couldnt use the phone. I just recieved the third sim card today at 3:51pm got phone working and by 11:00 pm my sim card was no longer working. So now im without a phone again for days. Just to have it happen again. Customer service is horrible. Would not help me answer any questions. This is the worst phone company i have ever seen or heard about. I would like my phone fixed for good and my days that was paid for and couldnt use my phone added on to my account. I dont pay for a phone i cant use. Thanks mr josh sunday
