I had my straight talk number port to Verizon and prepaid a month and was told there would be no refund because I port my number after I paid.
I asked to speak to her supervisor after one half-hour switching and putting me on hold a very arrogant guy name Mack I asked him to spell his name due to his heavy accent and he said what you don't know how to spell ?
I asked for my refund for time not used he said well your not getting any refund ,some more ignorance from this guy and he hung up on me
