Purchased a StraightTalk phone that turned out to be defective. I have contacted StraightTalk numerous times to get the defective phone replaced and it has become my worst nightmare. I never talk with a person that speaks english that can be understood and get transfered and put on hold FOREVER. They keep telling I will receive a shipping label to return the defective phone but I never receive it. This has been going on for a week now and I have been on the phone with them for many many hours. I would not recommed anyone purchase a StraightTalk phone. Their so called customer service is far from customer service.
