I am submitting a complaint because the Institute has been sending letters harrasing and threatening to refer Me to an attorney collection. On several occasions I tried calling 1-800-435-5338 provided by the Institute. Due to no communication, dissatisfaction and no answer received from the 1st exam. I refused to send another payment and decided to return all pamphlets (materials). I will like Assistant for this Institute to stop threatening me because, they fail to provide a phone where I would be able to contact them and did not provide the assistance I needed.
