leather sofa upholstary crumbled after 5 years
We purchased a Stratford leather sofa (Balligio )from Boscov's in 2005 in less than approx 5 years the leather began to crumble. I called Boscovs to see what could be done and they said that they no longer carry Stratford Furniture. The sofa looks horrible. I can't keep the bands on the cushions and back from flaking . We have always protect it from the sun and are careful with the use We do not have animals or small children to abuse it. I would appreciate a response.
