broken spring

Hello,
Who can I call to see if another spring for our recliner can be sent to us? The spring which controls the foot rest is broken.
The chair was bought at Big Lots 3/28/2012.
The item number on the cash register receipt for the "Big One Faux Leather Recliner" is: 618001886.

Can someone contact me please?
