In the first year the refund process was effortless. Always came a few weeks into the quarter. As time went on I may have been required to renew my fafsa imformation every 3 quarters or so. Which isnt difficult. Now I am 5 weeks imto the quarter and no refund! i have been asked for IRS tax imformation from three years ago, required to go imto the campus amd fill out additional forms, and yet still I look at an incomplete more information needed screen! I was recently told that the last form can take up to an additional two weeks to clear. So I waited, and waited. Yesterday I get a letter stating the want a 1040X filled out by a professional. This is ridiculous, I know Strayer got their money as I am certainly well into the quarter! Things are getting very sloppy at my campus, with continued renovation going on during class hours, administration changes, and the elimination of the learning center or library! My refund issues sury seem to coincide with these changes! Very disatisfied, considering finishing up at GA State.

My name is Derrick Allen Deas. I was an Associate's Business Degree student at Strayer University 2007-2009. I was taking my last class, the class was dropped due to not enough students being enrolled. I was charged for that class, and not able to finish my degree. This was my last class for my degree. This has caused a plethora of financial issues for my family, I do not have my degree, I am having to pay student loans, and I really need some help resolving this issue. Strayer University cancelled the class, charge me for the class, and would not assist me with this issue. They then turned me over to a collection agency for the cost of the class.

My name is Derrick Deas. I was enrolled in Stayer University, Associate's Degree program in 2007-2009. I was taking my last class, and I go an email that the class was being dropped due to not having enough students. I was charged for that class, not able to take my last class for my Associates Degree in Business. This has caused a plethora of financial problems for my household, due to not being able to finish my degree. I don not understand why I was charged for a class that Strayer dropped! I need this resolved because I am paying student loans back, with NO DEGREE!
