Stub Hub has a ridiculous charge for cancelling a transaction that sold. No money exchanged and no tickets were exchanged, human error on listing price lead to cancelling a transaction. I was doing a favor from my daughter to rid her of Coachella Festival Tix. The global agreement mention there could be fees, but never informed 40% in the agreement, nor that there would be a charge when I called in. I get t an email and credit card charge. Human error is prevalent. No impact to buyer nor seller. Transaction unfortunate as is should be voided with no charge. Buyer could purchase from another listing. Never are buyer or sellers informed if such charges when signing up from stub hub or posting a listing. These are unfair business practices. I recommend not doing business with this company nor parent company EBay.
