A couple weeks ago I posted 2 sets of tickets on Stubhub for sale and set the price for each pair at $120 and $100 respectively. Stubhub correctly showed my payout would be $120 & $100. I expected an easy sale as these were lower prices than other tickets and second row. After 2 weeks without them selling I went in and checked. They still showed my payouts as $120 & $100. However the "Buyer sees" prices were $296 and $284 respectively. I have no control over the amount of fees that Stubhub calculates and adds. I contacted them online and they say they will "review" the issue. However, the show is in 5 days and so I'm unlikely to sell them now. Stubhub took absolutely no responsibility in the error, nor offered to help in any way. Their advice was to re-edit the ticket price again to correct it. I've done this and it now shows the correct "Buyer sees" price. But then it did that a week ago, and sometime after that it changed to the higher prices. I've attached a screen capture showing the obvious error. They even show the "Payout" price to be different then what the seller listings page shows. These should always be the same.
