foreign student misuse student visa

I would like to make a complaint on the illegal activities and rob people when they using students visa to stay. They stay at F-9-3A residensi flora one south seri kembangan selangor. Also a lots of illegal Arabs there using fake uhncr cards and also student visa to stay. Nearby too serdang perdana..please check coz they involved on illegal activities and stay. Enclosed the pictures of the guy picture.
