We have had cable service with Suddenlink for many many years. It simply does not work. The service is abominable, and frankly irresponsible. I disconnected one of our cable boxes because they could not identify the problem. The other one failed periodically but not as badly as the one which was discontinued. we have called the "technical support" innumerable times. They simply ping the box and ask us to disconnect and reboot which we already know and have done. Then the say they will send a "technician" which in the past sometimes comes, and sometimes doesn't. He also does not resolve the problem, and after a couple of weeks, same problem occurs. It is feeling like groundhog day for us. They have extensive records, if they have kept it, of our experience with them I cancelled one of the cable boxes for about a year because we could never understand the problem, nor could the "technician" (s) they sent. I reinstated the box a couple of weeks ago, and the DVR was not working. The "technicians" had no idea what the problem was, promised to call me back and never did. Again sent another technician who was clueless.

When asking about speaking to a supervisor or someone who might have a slight idea of what the customer wants, the "technician" stonewalls, leading me to conclude that there are no supervisors,
