n Feb. 2020 and for sum time was $193.06 which was to much for us so we eliminated $40 worth of service and was told the new amount would be approximately $160. The next bill was 216.25. We were told the different serviced no longer had discounts . Then the August bill went to $258.35 due on August 30. We again revised our services on August 15 and was told the new amount would be approximately $201. We are on auto pay and wanted to make sure the the $258.35 was not paid and was adjusted to reflect the new services. After waiting for 40 minutes twice we where hung up on. We then requested a call back for the next day which was received but told that the could not revise the billing as it was sent out and the $258.35 could not be revised and was due. It is virtually impossible to contact them and when you due after long waits they just hangup on you. They need to be regulated as a utility with customer requirements paced on the in todays age it is almost a necessity to as is electric water gas etc.
