I was charged for a technician that never came, I stayed home for this technician that never came or called, however, said he was at my home. I spoke two people who said they wouldn't waive because he gave a description of my home. I live in a complex everything looks the same. I plead with each individual stating I was home, I feel like I was extorted for 60. dollars, nevermind I new to the state and didn't have anywhere to go. My senior citizen mother is at home at all time. There nothing worse than made to feel like you are a LIAR. You must have a great customer relation, FYI no customers should feel this way. It's funny I received a phone the other time they came to visit. however, was told it is a curiosity. Good Luck on trying to keep new customers.

I was recently charged for service repair technician to come to my home, needless to say, I was charged for a technician that never came however put in that they were there. I was home waiting for this technician no show or no phone call. I spoke two different individuals and they couldn't waive the 60. dollars. I have just been extorted by this company. Being a new customer I have never been treated unjustly like this it came down to there word against mine. My word meant nothing. I was called in so many words a LIAR. Their proof was the tech gave a description of where I lived, I live in a community they are all the same.
