Gas Leakage

Sir
I'm a resident of Dhok Dalal, Rawalpindi. About a fortnight ago my gas pipeline had a leakage for which I launched a complaint at 1199. Since then I've given constant reminders to the concerned people but no positive response has been given. My complaint No. is 8958048368 and my phone no. is 03360093708.
I want you to look into this matter urgently. Thanks
