Item never received

I ordered a garden kneeler and seat garden bag. I received the tiny garden bag in an envelope and not the kneeler. They want me to produce the sky member of the bag. I threw the package away thinking the bench would arrive any day. Company is telling they cant help me without sku number.

I have all my correspondence but they will not help me.
