Incorrect Charges

Hi,

Good day!

I processed a complaint request about a week ago at one of your sun cellular branch in Ayala center cebu. I did not receive any feedback yet, nor any notification that the request is being processed.

My main concern is that last 7/7, I loaded TU200 to 09239124712 twice. First, I sent the request but did not receive any confirmation text that it has been sent or received. I then asked the owner of the number that I gave the load to and she told me that she did not receive any confirmation email also. So, I requested another TU200 to the same number the second time. And again, I did not receive any confirmation text that it has been sent or received. The third time, I loaded another TU200 around 12 midnight last 7/8, that time I received a confirmation text that the load was sent and the owner of 09239124712 confirmed that she received a confirmation text on her end also.

By 7/8 around 10am, my outgoing services were barred. when I checked on my charges, through your sun shop in Ayala cebu, it showed that I was charged for the 2 TU200 that did not go through. I even talked to the manager and he confirmed that the TU200 really did not go through to the number I sent it to.

I'd like these 2 charges to be credited and also the dates that my outgoing services were barred, from 7/7 until present(8days and counting).

I have 3 accounts from you. One 350 plan, one 350 plan plus sbw (999), and this one 450 plan. I pay my bills on time and would like to continue my services with you. But if this is not corrected within the week, I'm really sorry, but I'd be forced to disconnect all my services with you. I'd be willing to pay all the necessary early-termination fees.
