Complain AGAINST Sunset Ridge located in Kyle, Texas!
I really don't know WHERE to start there are so many things to complain about in this community that are the FAULT of Sun Homes!

1. They are towing residents but yet have NO space for resident overflow parking! We NEED this because the lot rent (see #2) is so high that most residents have SEVERAL (more than 2) adults who have automobiles!

2. The lot rent goes up $20+ PER MONTH and a BUNCH of residents in this community are OVER 65 and, at least, trying to live on Social Security - nuff said!

3. The "landscape" company that they've hired does a job that would have gotten a resident threated with eviction back in 2007 AND the resident has to sign a contract and then pay, right now, $40 PER MONTH in ADDITION to lot rent (see #2).

4. Corporation is placing "rules" on this community (and apparently many others) that are making more and more unpleasant to live here!

5. I'll probably be threated with eviction for filing this complaint!
