I was speaking to a customer service supervisor on 4/18/18 at 8:37 am named Edith. This was a conversation about over draft fees and the fact that SunTrust held several transactions to allow one to post and cause a number of overdraft fees to happen. Edith was very rude and act as though she was frustrated stating "oh my god" on the phone. Please listen to the recording of this conversation and contact me at your earliest convenience. I believe that she acted in a very unprofessional manner and should be held accountable. I will have the overdraft situation looked at further to see if there is other complaints or any class action suites regarding this matter.
