I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the Sunwing staff at the Toronto airport on December 3rd, 2013 prior to boarding Sunwing Airlines 561 to Mazatlan, Mexico. The Sunwing staff were very rude to myself and the rest of our travelling party of 16. The Staff on the plane both to (Airlines 561) and from Mexico (Sunwing Airlines 562) were also rude. The staff were not helpful, very rude and I felt like we were putting them out.

Also, my Nikon Digital Camera was damaged on flight Sunwing 562 from Mexico to Toronto. The camera in case was stored in the carry-on compartment. I noticed it was damaged when I went through security prior to boarding my return flight to Fredericton.

In closing, I have experienced service by Sunwing staff in the Saint John airport in March 2013 on my way to Punta Cana. Their customer service was Excellent, our travelling party were very satisfied with the service unlike my recent experience with the Sunwing staff at the Toronto Airport. I was so dissatisfied that I will not fly Sunwing again given an option of the use of another airline.
