Poor service

I assisted my father to apply for the Surplus benefit around 2013.
the administrative process was dragged out eventhough their processes and due diligence were honored.
My father passed away in 2015. A new process was started for the beneficiaries of his estate to apply for the surplus.

3 years later and still no payout.

What is the reason for invitation to claim it - if they don't want to pay it!

the process is frustrating all parties. No response is received except the acknowledgement of the email you send. Telephone contact is completely not possible!

Worse experience. I am responsible for my father's estate and this is the only part outstanding.

Unbelievable for such a large organization to fail their workers to such an extreme.
