Name correction

Sri Venkateswara University — correction my name is M C BHARATKUMAR
from Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh
Respected Sir/Madam,
I Had complete my under graduation in 2017 in IRM (Indira Rajiv Memorial)DEGREE COLLEGE (S.V.Affiliated), Kuppam in chittoor district. I Got "Povisional Certificate Cum consolidated Marks Memorandum" , there is mistake in my name is space And misspelled as M C BHARATH KUMAR But it actually not spacing and 'H' Alphabetical word in BHARAT 'H' my Original name is M C BHARATKUMAR.
So Please rectify and change it as per 10th Marks card.
I attached the 10th SSC marks memorandum....
This is my humble request
