Won't provide registration of kitten

Yes, GeorgiaMama...Marie was also sickly when we brought her home also. Ear mites, fungal infection, diarrhea and very underweight.
...and we were told she had had "all of her shots" appropriate for her age and when our vet contacted the vet info we were given, we found out that Marie had only had ONE shot. Just one. So her round of vaccines had to start all over again. Mary now refuses to talk with TICA either, since after her refusal to send the blue slip since last October we gave her a final chance to send it before reporting her to TICA. Of course she has not sent it so we reported her and then we found out today that she refuses to talk with them either. In one of her emails she mentions having a litter there now so I really hope she has not "unretrired" again...if she has BUYERS BEWARE!!! We know other responsible, reputable breeders that your purchase will not end in disaster like ours did with Mary.

Sadly, we have learned now that it was a mistake to take up for Mary earlier this last year. We sent proof of spay (in October 2011) and had not received the blue slip. At first we thought she was just busy with school and work and life and had forgotten to send it, so we asked again about the paperwork. She then said that she had not received the proof of spay, so we sent her another copy of it. She emailed us that she had our "envelope" there and would send the blue slip out that week. Now almost two weeks later, we still have not received it. So we emailed her again. No response. We then contacted TICA. We immediately got a response from her indicating that she had sent it last week and that if we haven't received it that she has other blue slips but will not send us a replacement for the one that she says she sent last week. We have spent five months trying to get this paperwork. Oh...and did we mention that out of the blue she deleted us all off of her friends list a month or two ago for some unknown reason. One minute we are sharing jokes and laughing and everything was fine, even though we were getting frustrated about the MIA paperwork, but then when we brought up where is our paperwork again she deleted us. We will be much more careful in the future before we go saying how great someone is :(
