UIF submitting and service
Very unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour happening in Dept of Labour offices in Boksburg branch.
Management very very POOR!!!! Petunia moloi I have been put through to 8 people, cant assist me with info re my UIF claim payout hold me on the line im strugeling since july 2015 to get info and progres i keep on mailing and foneing petunia and no response from there side last time i spoke to her. Her re action to wards me.was There is lots of other poeple to warry about and our new system is faulty i have spoken to a lot of ppl that have the same problem. I have paid my UIF every month and now that i need to claim it its a problem this is unacceptable my father whent and apply his uif 3 weeks befor me and 1 week thay contact him to come and recieve his money
