Accessory Kiy

I purchased a Galaxy S6 with 3 rebate... $25, $75 and an accessory kit. It has been 5.months since I sent it in. I received both Costco cash cards, but I STILL haven't received the accessory kit. I contacted Stuart Lee.rebates...they sent me.a generated email saying.it had supposedly sent it out on Christmas Eve day. Oh yeah, and put in a locked mailbox. NEVER GOT IT!! I have.purchased my last 6 phones from Costco and have NEVER had a problemeal with rebates...until NOW!!! Now, I'm waiting for ANOTHER reply from yet another email to them! This is REALLY annoying! !
They better be "replacing" my accessory kit. ..
And fast!
