Refund

I returned 2 pair of tac glasses and have not received my refund. I emailed them, and they said they could not find my order number OR my email address. I told them the order number should be in the returned package. Next, they said they couldn't find my email address. I have given them my email address when I ordered on the phone. They never sent my order confirmation, BUT they have sent me about 4 emails, telling me they don't have my email address. THEN HOW DID THEY EMAIL ME IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT??? I want my refund!!

RIPOFF!

I had three pairs of these glasses all break within three weeks. They have to be the cheapest made glasses ever made. It's like they put all the money into the technology to make the lenses and then used the cheapest frames ever to keep the cost down. Each one broke in a different way. The first two I returned per their LIFETIME guarantee. What a joke! The last one they gave me such a hard time and took so long they discouraged me to give up trying again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Prone to breaking

I baught 2 pairs of tac glasses now and they both broke within 3 days in exactly the same way "military grade my ass" they're weak cheap and nasty crap

Cheap poor quality

Refund my money - Bell and Howell Tac sunglasses - cheap, poor quality - a real piece of S----. Scam for sure -They might have .25 cent in them at the most. O well, I am going to blame this one own me. Fool me once, shame one you - ..... Ok, they got me. Hell isn't going to be hot enough for people like this...

Tac Glasses

In my opinion, these folks are doing FALSE ADVERTISING. They claim the glasses will do lots of things to improve vision to include "making everything brighter". I can FOR SURE tell you that they make everything DARKER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable.
Now, after having seen how worthless they are, the customer service arrogantly and disrespectfully said, "Well, you know they are sunglassses. You can send them back and get a refund or you can give them away and we will refund you $5.00." Now, I'm not sure why they would volunteer to "give me back $5" to "give them away" unless there are thousands more complaints just like mine.
THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE that they could get away with this kind of stuff.
Ship them back.........costs me about $5.00
Give them away........costs me about $15.00
Keep them................costs me about $20.00
In either case, I am out money for a worthless product.
This is not right !!!

the worst automated service I have ever experienced

My father ordered glasses over the phone today. He is 70 years old and hard of hearing. I just observed him spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to buy one pair of glasses. And this was not his fault at all. We both sat there in shock as your disgustingly unprofessional automated service tried to sell him product after product AFTER PRODUCT. Literally every time he declined an offer, the voice went on for another 2 minutes saying that " we know you don't want it, but SOME people do" and then proceeds to list the ENTIRE offer my father declined ALREADY.
What is wrong with you people? Do you really think ANYONE will respond positively to that? Do you think the way to sell product is to beat your loyal customers over the head with 20 minutes of useless information? They were suggesting night vision goggles, blue goggles, they tried to get him to buy 3 pairs, they tried to get him 3 cases for the 3 pairs he already declined, AND THEN tried to get him to buy 3 pairs of cloth to clean the 3 pairs of glasses he ALREADY SAID NO TO.
I will never, ever, EVER use your automated phone service again, and we will be buying our glasses from another provider. Please, for the sake of other customers, you need to drastically change the way you do business over the phone.

OUT OF STOCK

It has been 2 weeks since placing my order, so I went on line to check the status. My status was listed as "Out of Stock." That is all,
simply " out of stock." Tomorrow I will call and ask why I was not notified of this prior to purchase OR after my purchase. Then I will ask when these sun glasses will be IN STOCK. If they do not know I will request / demand a refund. It does not appear to me that this company is on the up and up; or maybe I should say that they sure as hell need some improvements made.- Unsatisfied in Maine.
