Purchased a Tac Light Lantern on December 12. Order was accepted and confirmation said allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. It is now January 1 and I have not received the item, and when I check on CustomerStatus.com, it indicated the product is out of stock. Why would the order be accepted when it is out of stock? Having a difficult time getting ahold of customer service. Rings through and answers with the message "all circuits are busy". Please explain.
