Fraudulent charge

I used a one time virtual card number to purchase a $4.95 flashlight. Then their website they took me to a screen where it said my transaction did not go through and told me to click again. At that time they tried to charge me again which failed because virtual number was usable one time. I received the flashlight. Then in credit card statement I saw that 15 days after the original purchase they charged me another $49.99. How did they use the one time virtual card number again?? Somehow they did. I told the bank about this and the bank said i am not responsible for paying it and they will investigate. Their phone number on credit card statement is 844-542-0150

items charged

I was charged $49.95 for a flashlight when I was told it was a reward for taking a survey and I was only having to pay shipping and handling of $4.95. This is false advertising and fraud. At least two companies with similar names are doing this and it is criminal. No contact number was provided on the credit card bill for the company. One company TFTACTICAL in Nevada said that they would refund $49.99. I will wait and see if that they follow through. This should be reported to the BBB and will be!

TFTACTICAL & SURVIVAL84 FRAUD

My experience is the same as these people so I know I was scammed. This flashlight was supposed to be only $4.95. I got two separate charges on the same day but I was sure I only ordered 1! I didn't want to squabble about the 2nd $4.95 because I received in the mail 2 flashlights. However, 14 days later I was charged by these two...TFTACTICAL $34.95 & SURVIVAL84 $49.99. I am also on social security and can't afford these assholes charging me fraudulently. There was no fine print or any trial statements on there because those I stay away from! Anybody got any solutions other than not trusting anything on the internet anymore?! This makes me sick!

Scan Company

I also did a Sams survey which stated you would received $50 gift for completing survey. Upon completion it said i could pick between some products that were worth $50. I choose the flashlight and then it said i would have to pay the $4.95 shipping which i did. Now they have charged my credit card company $49.99. I called the company and they told me i would not recieve anything else from them. Not sure i believe them. Such a scam.

TFtactical

On August 23, 2019 I did a survey and it stated I would receive two flashlights and only had to pay shipping and handling. I did exactly that. When I received my bill I was charged the $5.99 and the $4.95. No problem. The next month my credit card was charged $49.99 and $34.95. I called immediately and spoke with "Tiffany". I explained and she said she would have the charges removed; however it could take up to 30 days. I said no problem. Well, it was not. I have called this company every month after receiving my bill. I have spoken with Emilio, Cassandra and Shelby. I called again to day and spoke with the supervisor...Shelby. I was told my money will not be refunded because now it's past the 90 days. I asked for someone above her and she said she was the boss. I asked for an address to write the company directly and was told she was not allowed to give out that information due to the privacy law; however, they have my name, address, phone number, credit card number and email. BUT I CAN'T have the address of the company that's scamming all of us. The kicker is, she's also telling me they do not have a "Tiffany" working there. Shelby said this was a call center in Texas. She told me I must have spoken to someone else at another company. Trying to turn it around that it's my fault. The number that is on my bill and that I have been calling every month is (844) 542-0150. Then it has NV after it. I looked it up and it says the 844 is anywhere in the US, Canada and Caribbean and these are call centers and the calls are redirected to them. How do they get away with this? If anyone has an address, please post. I googled them and found nothing. I live on SS and this is insane. I reported to the BBB.

Fraudulent charge and no purchase receipts

I responded to the adds as well. I did not see the return fine print, and was charged $34.95 for the one and $49.99 for the second. Now, when I have tried to get receipts for both lights, they will not send them to me! This is a scam!

tacflash3kx scam

I too was scammed by the internet ad for small flashlight for 4.95. insurance chg 1.99. there was no info for a trial period and additional charges. I was told that I received an email about an additional charge after 21 days. I was also told that

I too was scammed by this ad and charged on my credit card for 4.99 plus 1.99. then another charge for 49.99. customer service rep told me that I

didnt read or understand so called agreement. She kept trying to overtalk me when i questioned the charge posted to my account for additional 49.95. then went quiet on her end. finally got her back and again she just kept telling me that i marked the box accepting the so called 21day trial period. tried to get an address for the business and all i was given was warehouse in salt lake city utah 84130. i am so disappointed in myself for falling for yet another scam. im 78 yrs old and finally came to the conclusion that ive been scammed for the last time. my children keep telling me it is no longer the same world we lived in the 50s and your cant trust anyone. THIS IS VERY SAD .

Scam and Fraudulent Charges

TacFlash3KX is a scam. I signed up online for the flashlight. The price quoted was $15.00 + 4.95 for express shipping. There was no information regarding what the company representatives say is a 21 day return policy. Their own web info says there is a 30 day return policy. Now, they have charged my credit card for another $49.95. When I called about this the customer rep said the $15 was for an extended warranty. I spoke to Meghan on the 3rd call to the company. On the first 2 calls when the rep had the info to pull up the account and they could no longer hear you. I got Meghan on the 2nd and 3rd calls. Meghan was very rude and trying to talk over me. At first they refused to give me an address to ship the product back.

I was told since it was more than 21 days they would not accept the product back if the seal was broken. How is someone supposed to use the product and return it within 21 days if you cannot break the seal. I asked for a supervisor. I was told one was not available. I should point out I checked their rating with the Better Business Bureau after the 2nd charge went through. Their rating is D- for failure to contact any of the customers filing a complaint against them.

As well this is the same flash light being advertised on TV for $19.95 and if ordered within 10 minutes you supposedly can receive a 2nd one for paying the additional shipping and processing fee.

This is a Fraudulent company. I have filed with my credit card company contesting all the charges they put through. As well I shipped back the product wia Priority Mail, which they did pickup and sign for receiving back the product.

false advertising

They advertised for a free flashlight. I paid shipping and ins. There was no info that this was a trial and I would have to cancel. I got the flashlight, but no info on how to cancel this program. When I received my credit card bill I was charged $49.95. I called and offered to send the flashlight back, but they were not interested in that. I have not used it or put batteries in it.

Fraudulent Charge from TachFlash3KX.com

I took a Walgreen's survey, and after it I was offered a FREE flashlight for $1.99 "shipping and handling". I was then charged $4.95 in addition. TachFlash stated the 1.99 was for mailing insurance and 4.95 was for mailing. My credit card was changed an additional $49.95, supposedly for the flashlight now; a i-time charge. Per TachFlash, order form stated it was a 21-day trial period and to send it back before the payment deadline. NO SUCH STATEMENT WAS ON THE ORDER FORM.
An obvious scam. Dingbat rep from TachFlash was reading from a script, as they obviously have many complaints about this fraud. Conversation was recorded, but TachFlash did not inform me of that.
