Fradulent Company

TacFlash3kx is a fraudlent company. As well their sales are a scam.
I received an internet offering through my E-mail. They were advertising them for $19.99. This is the same price they advertise on their TV advertising. I ordered the flashlight at a cost of $15.00 + 4.99 for express shipping. The initial charge was put through to my credit card, 3 charges, one for $15.00, another for 4.99 and a 3rd for 1.99 whic was a handling fee.

This companies internet site is through a 3rd party called Express Revenue in Ft Lauderdale, FL. When you call the company their offices are in Salt Lake City, UT.

When I called the company to find out what the additional charge was for I talked to someone named Meghan. Meghan the entire conversation was shouting and over talking me. I was told by Meghan that the $15.00 charge was for extended warranty. I never ordered an extended warranty. I asked for their return shipping address. For 3 times Meghan kept shouting I had the product for over 21 days and all their information stated a 21 day policy for returning the product. Finally I asked Meghan if she was going to give me the address of not. She finally gave it to me. I shipped the product by Priority Mail on 8/6. The package was picked up from their PO Box in Salt Lake City on 8/8.

I went to the website www.tacflash3kx.com. Their return policy states you have 30 days to return the product. The company is refusing to reverse any of the charges. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They say since I gave the company my credit card information this is not a fraudulent charge.

This is a company using a 3rd party for their marketing and advertising. The company states they are not responsible for any statements or information made on any sources of their advertising. Then who should be. The information shared on 3rd party sites came from TacFlash themselves.

As well, I was told by the company since the seal was broke on the packaging they would not accept back the lights. Well, they did accept the one I sent back to them.

In additional information, I am posting this on 8/13/19, their rating with the Better Business Bureau has gone from D- to F. In addition their website is no longer accessible. So, I suppose they made enough revenue and have since gone on to a new scam.

Fradulent Company

My complaint is with TacFlash3KX. This is a flash light that is advertised on TV all the time for $19.95 or if you call within 10 minutes you can get 2 and pay the handling and shipping for the 2nd one.

The product is shipped from Ft. Lauderdale, TL from a company called Express Revenue. I ordered a flash light through internet advertising through my e-mail provider. The price was $15.00 + 4.95 express shipping and $1.99 handling fee. Those charges went through my credit card on 7/16/19. Then on 8/6/19 an additional charge for $49.95 was put through my credit card from the same company.

I called the company 3 times. The first 2 times when the customer service person had the information to pull up my account they all of a sudden acted like they could not hear me. The 3rd time, I got Meghan , the same person as the 2nd call. She had no problem hearing me on the 3rd call. I asked about the additional $49.95 charge. Meghan told me I had 21 days to return the merchandise. She said their website said 21 days plainly all over their website. When you go to the companies website, there is only a link to order the flash light. Under their own rules states the merchandise can be returned for 30 days.

Then Meghan told me the initial $15.00 was for an extended warranty. I did not pay for any extended warranty. Meghan was extremely rude. Every time I tried to talk she was always shouting over me. It was the 3rd time I asked for the return shipping address before it was given to me. The first 2 times Meghan kept shouting about 21 day return.

As well, I was told after 21 days they would not accept back product on which the seal had been broken.

How are you supposed to use the flash light for any amount of time without breaking the seal to open the contain the flash light is contained in?

I shipped the product back on 8/6/19. The package was return shipped by Priority Mail. The company signed accepting the package back on 8/8/19 at 9:32am. They have the product back in its original shipping container. They so far are refusing to credit all their charges back to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company involved.

This is definitely a company to be avoided at all cost. If this is not fraud what is it?
