Cannot log in

I'm an old subscriber of Hi5.com of tagged.com.
I just cannot log into my account. I have more than 100 mails, which cannot be opened. Every time it says "no connection"
I complained to the. Tagged.com, they inform me that my account is active.
But the question remains,why I cannot log into my account.
My registered email is

Please look into it.
