Nissan XTrail Key Remote

Car number PNR 6454

First Complaint on 15/2/2019 regarding mu key remote non functioning. Replaces new battery.

Second complaint on 27/2/2019 on the same matter. They agreed to replace me a new key remote and will be ready to collect in 2 weeks.

What a shame till today no news from this service center. How do you rate this kind of service center and what mentality do these staffs working have. The manager should be sacked who failed in his management and unable to deliver products to customer in time.
