Request Cancellation and Refund Due to KTMB System Error - ASAP!!!

I have made "3" KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system on 19-11-2019.
The payment successful and deducted from my Debit Card bank account but KTM E-ticket system show transaction FAILED.
