Diamonds not rewarded

I did all the required steps for Design Home diamond rewards within the TapJoy app. This is not the first time TapJoy did not deliver my rewards. This time; however, I made a purchase from Hollar to receive them. TapJoy does not make the process of filing a ticket easy, they have automated responses and ignore emails and phone calls. If I ran my business and customer service this way, I'd have no clients. TapJoy clearly has issues with reward delivery due to their complaints and ratings. I believe that it's borderline false advertisement and bad business practices. I find it hard to believe that reputable companies continue to partner with them. Nice concept but horrible execution of their application, process, and customer service. They clearly have no intention of changing.
